[Training] TAP Modes - Test Your Knowledge

Written by Chris Bihary | 7/27/17 12:00 PM

A few weeks back, my sales team introduced a new training video concept to our reseller partners. We sampled a group of 100 by asking them to watch this five minute video, take a 5 question quiz, and then provide feedback on the content and format.

We had an overwhelming positive response. After a few changes, based on our reseller's suggestions, I'm excited to share our new training video with you.

Please take 5 minutes out of your day for a little bit of educational enrichment on all things TAPs.

TAP Modes 101 Training

It's been a critical part of the Garland mission to provide non-baised, vendor agnostic network access and connectivity education to IT professionals. Our industry loves acryonoms and lots of jargon. So much so, that the terminology one vendor uses - is different from the competitors.

At Garland we prefer to educate and add value. We respect that you are the expert in your profession, and we also are aware that there is very little education on the function and benefits of network test access points (TAPs).

In this short, 5 minute video, we'll cover the four network TAP modes: breakout, aggregation, filtering and bypass. At the end, we'll have a 5 question quiz for you to test your knowledge.

Join me and let us know your thoughts by completing the quick survey at the end.
